Minimum Requirement

• · Graduation in any stream. (MBA Preferred)
• · Fresher/Experience both can apply.

• 1. End to End Frontline Recruitment.
• 2. Sourcing & screening candidates (from job portals, networking, referrals, job agencies)
• 3. Conducting interviews & filtering candidates.
• 5. Write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, career websites, and Job Portals.
• 6. Evaluate and screen resumes.
• 7. Use recruiting tools for assessments and assignments to assess candidates skills.
• 8. Conduct interviews over phone, Teams or in-person.
• 9. Provide shortlisted/qualified candidates to final assessor.
• 10. complete onboarding of selected candidates in WorkDay Portal.
• 10. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
