The Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration for the region as well as a global team. A positive attitude is a must as well as emotional intelligence, teamwork and willingness to learn. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: on and off boarding, employment compliance, employee relations, performance management, policy design and implementation, employee engagement, benefits and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
- Lead, execute and manage the full employee lifecycle activites from hire to retire and all activities in between
- Work closely with local management to provide high-quality advice, coaching and support to resolve employee relations and performance management issues
- Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programs to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met across the region as well as improve the employee experience
- Coach and influence Manager to help them reach decisions on all aspects of people management including supporting employee engagement improvements
- Present recommendations to address the people component of business issues and HR processes
- Manage and support benefits with vendor to ensure we offer competitive packages
- Partner with HRBPs and CoEs to support implementation of key HR processes including compensation, talent management and leadership development
- Maintain HRIS data (Workday), as well as manage administrative support and documentation
- Support a culture of collaboration and fun across the teams
- Drive our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the region
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and help drive decisions for improvement

- 5-plus years’ experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environment with a solid understanding of best practices and employment related regulations for the region
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent HR qualification
- Sound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, people oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively influence
- Demonstrable expertise in HR best practice, policies and procedures
- Highly motivated with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred
