About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial team, specializing in Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, and IT Accessories. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, acquiring and managing clients, and contributing to Tradeling's continued growth in the B2B tech space.
This is a field-focused role, based primarily out of our Dubai Airport Free Zone office, where you'll engage with prospective and existing clients, drive app downloads, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Onboard new buyers and support their end-to-end experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Resolve client issues in a timely, efficient manner.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and report on sales performance regularly.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT products within a trading or distribution company
- Experience handling export sales and international customers (Africa, CIS, or similar markets preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, computer systems, or electronics products
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
