- Coordinating with department managers and concerned parties to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Developing and defining candidate selection criteria to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Supervising the search for qualified candidates using various channels, such as digital recruitment platforms and professional networks.
- Managing interview processes and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and personal interviews.
- Accurately evaluating candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using applicant tracking systems.
- Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
- Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and best practices in recruitment processes.
- Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree is required with minimum 5 years of experience.
Attends career job fairs, recruiting open houses and community events to pro-actively attract the best candidates.
- Reviews recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Establishes operational hiring metrics to measure the efficiency of the hiring process focusing on the effectiveness of outcomes.

- Participates in special projects as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with laws affecting recruiting and screening functions such as national’s preference, background checks, document collection and so forth.
