- Understanding the end-to-end recruitment cycle and execution.
- Strong in sourcing candidates thorough various channels like networking platforms, Job portals and head hunting
- Understanding the hiring requirements of the client
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and clients.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Fixed Salary on 1st week of every month In Salary Account
- Candidates must be able to join immediately.
- Freshers Salary:Rs.10,000 to 15000 month(CTC) + Other Benefits
- Experience Salary:Rs.15,000 to 29000 month(CTC) + Other Benefits
- Time & Shift : 10 to 7pm Day Shifts , 6 days working. (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
