Job Description

- Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Guntur. The role involves tasks related to Accounting, Bookkeeping, Preparation of Financial Statements as per governing laws.
- Qualifications: Qualified - CA Inter/IPCC/PCC/CWA Inter/CMA Inter.
- Experience: 1 Year of experience in an accounting role is desirable. > Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks). *Experience in Zoho Books is preferred*.
- Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.2. Process accounts payable invoices, verify coding, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure timely payments to vendors. 3. Assist in accounts receivable functions including invoicing, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances. 4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. 5. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. 6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required. 7. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and assistance. 8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related queries and discrepancies. 9.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting procedures and enhance efficiency. Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
