Position Summary:
Generative AI Content Automation Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation and Integration Specialist who can design, implement, and run systems that produce automated marketing content at massive scale. You will take the trained models, scrape data and brand prompt libraries from the AI Model Training & Prompt Engineering Lead, and integrate them into bulk production workflows.

A. Core Responsibilities:

1. Automation Pipeline Development

• Build high-volume content generation pipelines using N8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT Agents, and API integrations with creative AI tools (Sora 2, Runway, Midjourney, VEO, Suno, Canva AI, etc.).
• Design multi-channel workflows to output campaigns, text drafts, social calendars, posts, ad creatives, and videos directly to CMS/social scheduling platforms.
• Implement automated versioning for different campaign regions, formats, and languages.

2. Localisation & Scaling

• Deploy AI-powered localisation pipelines for top Indian regional languages with cultural nuance checks.
• 
  Integrate QA processes (automated + manual) to minimize human edits before publishing.
• Develop bulk translation prompts and post-processing workflows.

3. Trend Hunting & Reactive Content

• Automate trend detection from social media, news feeds, and search insights.
• Feed trending topics directly into trained AI models/prompts for rapid content turnaround.

4. Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with the AI Model Training Lead to deploy brand-trained models at scale.
• Coordinate with content/studio teams for final creative adjustments when required.
• Maintain asset management systems for easy retrieval and reuse of past outputs.

5. Performance & Optimisation

• Monitor pipeline throughput, error rates, and delivery speed.
• Continuously optimise workflows to handle more assets with less manual intervention.

B. Required Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience building automation workflows (N8n, Make, OpenAI Agent, Zapier, Python automation scripts).
• Strong knowledge of API integrations with AI creative tools.
• Ability to manage high-volume content pipelines across multiple formats and languages.
• Familiarity with localisation challenges in India.
• Data tracking and dashboarding for performance monitoring.
• Bonus: Experience in marketing automation or ad tech.

C. Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):

• Deploy initial pipeline integrating trained models/prompts within the first month.
• Enable multi-language content output for at least 6 regional languages by Month 2.
• Achieve thousands of localized assets per month by Month 3; scale up to audience-customized output by year-end.
• Maintain output accuracy with less than 2% manual revisions.
