Product Manager – India (Wearables)

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager – India to drive product strategy and execution for the Local market, focusing on wearables (Smartwatch, Earbuds, Smart Glasses).

This role requires a deep understanding of Local consumers (especially Tier 2/3/4 markets), strong product thinking, and the ability to build scalable, cost-efficient, and data-driven products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, including MVP definition and end-to-end execution
• Translate Local user insights and market needs into scalable product solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, marketing, operations) for product delivery
• Track and optimize key product metrics such as DAU, retention, conversion, and revenue
• Ensure localization of products aligned with local consumer behavior and price sensitivity
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
• Drive continuous product improvement based on user feedback and data insights

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Prior experience in wearables / consumer electronics / IoT is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the Local market, especially Tier 2/3/4 users
• Experience with UPI / digital payments ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Solid technical understanding of hardware, sensors, firmware, or wearable OS
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Fluent in Hindi and professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Background (Good to Have)

• Experience working with brands in wearables or smart devices ecosystem
• Exposure to mass-market / price-sensitive product segments
• Prior experience in global or cross-cultural teams
