Senior Product Manager International Market

About the Role

Transsion Holdings is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - International Market exposure to lead 0-to-1 product innovation and new business initiatives for its India R&D Centre. This role is ideal for candidates who have successfully built new products or business lines, possess strong global market exposure, and enjoy working in high-ownership, cross-functional environments.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across India and China to identify emerging opportunities, validate business ideas, and drive strategic product initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new product and business opportunities.
• Drive 0-to-1 product development from ideation to business case creation.
• Conduct competitive intelligence across global markets including China, India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
• Build business proposals and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Business, and HQ stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Track technology trends in AI, digital platforms, connected devices, fintech, and the Chinese internet ecosystem.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for emerging business initiatives.

Must Have

• 10–18 years of Product Management experience in a global technology company.
• Proven experience building and launching products/businesses from scratch (0-to-1).
• Significant international work experience (China, US, UK, Southeast Asia, or similar).
• Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and business planning skills.
• Experience working with senior global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into business strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with companies such as Tencent, ByteDance, Alibaba, Xiaomi, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Samsung, or similar technology organizations.
• Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, Smart Devices, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Platforms, or Digital Products.
• Experience in FinTech, Internet Platforms, or Emerging Markets.
• Working knowledge of Mandarin (preferred, not mandatory).
• Patents, research publications, or recognized product innovation achievements are an added advantage.
