Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Recruiting Specialist to support our Background Checks and Identity Verification processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and upholding the organizations hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee candidate background checks using third-party vendors (e.g., HireRight).
- Communicate with candidates via email to gather missing documentation or clarify information.
- Coordinate follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Accurately track and update identity verification statuses.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, including background check processes (e.g., HireRight, FADV).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to identify patterns and solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office or GSuite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
