Job Description
- As a Holiday Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing holiday operations for various destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and African countries. Your main duties will include developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure repeat business, upselling additional services to existing customers to drive company revenue, collecting feedback from guests post-tour to enhance positive reviews, handling day-to-day holiday transactions, and maintaining reports. Your role will also involve providing seamless services to customers with minimal escalations.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent email etiquettes, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. Proficiency in managing long-haul destinations and clients is crucial. Anticipating customer needs and preferences, meeting or exceeding post-sales file handling efficiently, and contributing to month-over-month growth are key aspects of this position. You should demonstrate dedication to meeting both internal and external customer expectations, building effective relationships with customers, and going the extra mile to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
