Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Analytics Professional with 8 to 10 years of experience to drive data-driven decision-making and build robust analytics solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution, leveraging advanced SQL and Tableau to uncover deep insights. Experience in Supply Chain analytics is mandatory, while familiarity with the Retail domain is highly valued.

• Key Responsibilities
• Analytics Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from problem definition and data extraction to insight generation and business implementation.
• Data Synthesis & Modeling: Query and analyze massive, complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable, and visually compelling Tableau dashboards for executive-level decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business strategies for senior leadership and clients.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior analysts, fostering technical growth and ensuring quality control across deliverables.

• Mandatory Skill Set
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Data Analytics: Proven track record of solving complex business problems using structured data-driven frameworks.
• SQL: Advanced proficiency in writing highly optimized SQL queries, joining complex tables, and working with large data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Tableau: Expert-level skills in Tableau dashboard design, data modeling, LOD expressions, and performance tuning.
• Supply Chain Domain: Deep understanding of supply chain metrics, such as inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, procurement, or network optimization.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
