Job Description

Description: FuelBuddy is seeking a relentless and proven AVP - National Enterprise Sales to be the driving force behind our B2B enterprise client acquisition strategy across India.
This is a pure hunter role requiring an aggressive, independent approach to identifying, navigating, and securing high-value, long-term contracts. The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle, from cold-start prospecting to final commercial closure, across national corporate and industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition (100% Focus): Independently identify, target, and acquire large-scale enterprise clients across all high-potential sectors nationwide. This role carries high new-logo revenue targets.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and accelerate a national sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and closing complex deals with long sales cycles.
- Independent Closure:

Take full ownership of the sales process, including initial presentations, stakeholder mapping (Procurement, Finance, Operations, C-Suite), negotiation, and contractual closure.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the market, providing strategic insights to the management team regarding emerging client needs, competitive strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Travel and Presence: Maintain an extensive travel schedule to meet prospects and manage sales negotiations in critical markets across India, ensuring physical presence is a key competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For:

: 14+ years of demonstrable success in B2B Enterprise Sales, with a clear focus on new logo acquisition in the logistics or other industrial sectors.
- Hunter Mentality: A proven, aggressive track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets independently in India.
- Stakeholder Navigation: Expert ability to map and influence multiple senior stakeholders within large corporate structures.
- Work Ethic: Must be prepared for a demanding 6-day work week and extensive travel required to cover the national territory.
- Base Location: Bangalore
