Lead - Supply Chain Data Analytics

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
- Strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python, R, PowerApps, and Copilot Studio.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL concepts and their application in supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

This senior role leads all SC analytics and digitalization initiatives across the Asia and Middle East region. It manages a team of data professionals (data scientists and analysts) and is accountable for delivering advanced analytics, automation, and AI/ML/DL solutions to optimize Supply Chain performance.
The position requires strong technical expertise in tools such as Databricks, SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, and Copilot Studio, combined with strategic leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

- High-level expertise in analytics and digitalization tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, and readiness to adopt other emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL concepts and their application in supply chain optimization.
- Capability to review technical outputs, ensure quality, and provide strategic direction on tool selection and methodologies.
- Guide and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Manage 3-4 data professionals (data scientists and analysts), ensuring capability building, coaching, and effective resource allocation.
- Ensure Delivery of Advanced Analytics Solutions
- Oversee the design and implementation of dashboards, predictive models, and AI/ML/DL solutions-ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Drive Digital Transformation
Champion automation and digitalization projects using Pyton, R, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, and other emerging tools and technologies relevant to analytics and supply chain optimization
