Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS/NBFC/Captive Finance

This is a full time role with our client (a global automobile org for their captive finance arm).
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A professional to partner with the CFO and leadership team in driving the organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting agenda. This role plays a critical part in shaping strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and compliance-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting (Power BI) aligned with RBI, IFRS & IndAS guidelines

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Develop financial models, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to support business decisions
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance
- Partner with business stakeholders and provide strategic insights for growth and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
- Experience: 7+ years in FP&A, preferably from NBFC or captive finance sector
- Strong expertise in Power BI reporting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
- Solid understanding of RBI guidelines, IFRS & IndAS standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
