Manager - Record To Report

Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities
- Lead financial closing and reporting processes
- Prepare and review MIS reports and management dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and reporting standardization initiatives
- Manage reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting activities
Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- CA cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt only
Strong hands-on experience in:

- MIS Reporting
- Financial Reporting
- Management Reporting
- Variance Analysis
- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Closing
- General Ledger & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
