Role Overview :
Seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage end-to-end lending operations across vehicle and construction equipment financing businesses. The role involves operational governance, process excellence, compliance management, audit readiness, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Managing End-to-End Lending Operations
- Develop and maintain operational policies, SOPs, process maps, and control frameworks
- Align operational processes with RBI regulations and internal governance standards
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Manage operational risk assessments, exception tracking, and control monitoring
- Responsible for Audit & Compliance
- Team Management & Training
- Customer Experience & SLA Management
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives across lending operations
- Vendor & Outsourcing Management
Experience :
- 10 - 15 years of experience in NBFC / captive finance industry
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of NBFC operations and RBI guidelines
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process orientation and problem-solving ability
- Stakeholder and team management skills
