Partner Operations Analyst


Role Overview:


This is a multi-functional Sales Ops role that will be an integral part of a high energy, fast-paced team with significant opportunities to make a positive impact on the business. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience/knowledge in CRM / PRM applications namely SFDC and Partner Portal etc. This includes, but not limited to analyzing data and working with various global stakeholders to remediate and enhance the quality of data in SFDC & Partner Portal thereby benefit the sales & channel organizations.

About the role :



  • Liaise with different teams globally within and outside the Channel Operations organization to support business processes, systems, tools and reports.



  • Assist Channel teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizations standards.



  • Maintain Salesforce dashboards and develop new ones as needed. Support ad-hoc report developments and updates as per the business requirements.



  • Manage Salesforce – Opportunity, Contacts and Account information.



  • Support and successfully contribute to Ad Hoc projects.



  • Own Salesforce & Partner Portal account clean-up and maintenance including, but not limited to, accounts, contacts and opportunities.



  • Manage the Partner Support Case Management ticketing queue on SFDC and address all global channel queries within the defined SLA.



  • Test report readiness during UAT for new product, program, tools and system enhancement introductions.



  • Assist with Partner onboarding and termination process for the Channel organization.



  • Assist with integration & data migration projects.



  • Deal Registration and Opportunity process management through Salesforce (SFDC).



  • Work on process enhancements and innovation, improve current systems and processes to increase efficiency.



  • Generating actionable Insights through analysis of key metrics across functions.



  • Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure effective process implementation and adoption.



About you :



  • 5 or more years of relevant experience working in a global set-up – specifically with the sales and channel organizations.



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership and responsibility.



  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction and must have a strong customer focus.



  • Must be highly motivated and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



  • Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements.



  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.



  • Ability to convert analytical findings to actionable steps.

  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented global environment.



  • Passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external teams.



  • Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change.



  • Understanding of the sales cycle and “lead to cash” processes and the sales / channel business methodology.



  • Hands-on experience on Sales Force and Partner Portal is a must. Power BI experience an added advantage.



  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point and MS-office tools.



  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.



  • High attention to detail. Must be able to identify errors and/or develop controls to ensure accuracy.
