Sr. Systems Analyst
Role Overview:
Job Responsibilities:
- SQL skills and ability to source, work with, and combine multiple disparate data sets to answer business questions and isolate anomalies.
- Knowledge of incentive compensation and commission calculation processes and approval processes.
- Ability to make system configuration changes, system test, regression test and other testing of system changes as needed to ensure accuracy of system maintenance and/or enhancements.
- Maintains and tracks all issues/work using standard issue tracking processes.
- Additional work closely with Business Partners to ensure timelines are met.
- Ability to prioritize work to ensure customers are satisfied and systems are up and running at all times.
- Ability to maintain strictest confidence.
- Require a minimum of a 4-year degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with compensation plan calculation and commission processing.
- Experience with SQL, JIRA, and Oracle FIC, Xactly or the similar.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the configuration and support of SAP MM, VIM, and Ariba P2P
- Serves as primary contact on all system issues and future functionality needs related to assigned modules
- Works directly with solution providers, internal IT programming staff, and business stakeholders on requirements gathering, functionality design, development, deployment, and training
- Provides enterprise-wide support, consultation, and positive interaction with users of assigned systems to further understanding on the broad and effective use of the systems
- Participates in answering and resolving level three issues escalated via the ServiceNow support tickets
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience configuring and supporting SAP Materials Management and SAP Ariba P2P modules
- 5+ years’ experience resolving functional, technical, and integration issues related to SAP ARIBA P2P modules
- 2+ years’ experience with complex systems integration, data manipulation, data analysis, supporting SAP VIM and Ariba CIG modules
- Experience with SAP VIM and Ariba CIG related configuration, testing, and functional support
- Experience in all phases of SAP and non-SAP systems implementation, including analysis/design, configuration, development, documentation, testing, training, and support
- Experience with IT support applications, including ServiceNow and JIRA
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to investigate in detail, diagnose, debug, and solve complex applications issues
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex IT topics in a concise manner (oral/written) to many different audiences, including customers, peers, and leadership
- Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or Finance

- Technical knowledge of SAP Commissions is a plus
- Experience with SAP Concur configuration and functional support
- Experience in web, database, or file server administration and support
- Experience in project execution using Agile methodology
- Experience leading multiple and complex IT projects
- Experience leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in an IT setting
- S/4HANA Certification
