Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Analyst. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. They will be expected to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations as well as work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for managing the data team and cross-functional teams.

- Strong Analytical Skills, with expertise in Data Analytics and Statistics.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- 4-6 years of Experience with Data Modeling and detail-oriented work processes.
- Experience with Python/ R or other analytics tools.
- Experience with working on Data Visualization and business intelligence tools.
- A Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related domains.
- Experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
