Trident Consulting is looking for a driven, experienced Sernior US IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of high-priority US staffing requirements.

Role: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Adyar, Chennai (Onsite)

Shift: US Hours / Night Shift

Type: Fulltime

If you have strong US staffing experience, hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS expertise, and a proven track record of working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs, we want to hear from you

Must-Have Experience

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for Direct Client requirements
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS License
• Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
• Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
• Proven US IT staffing/recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of W2 hiring and US work authorizations
• Experience recruiting across multiple IT/Non IT/ Technical roles
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working US hours and night shifts
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within tight timelines
