Position: US Technical Recruiter

Location: Tirunelveli(Onsite)

Shift: PST / US hours

Trident Consulting is looking for a strong, hungry, and experienced US Recruiter who can work directly on high-priority US staffing requirements.

This role is for someone who knows how to source, screen, submit, and close — fast.

Must-Have Experience:

• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS license
• Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
• Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
• US staffing experience across IT / technical roles
• Strong knowledge of W2 hiring, work authorizations, and candidate closing
• Comfortable working PST hours / US shift

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
• Manage offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Candidate Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS systems.

Compliance & Process Management

• Verify candidate work authorization and employment eligibility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and internal recruitment standards.
• Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements.
