Role Overview Sales Head
The Sales Head Europe and UK will lead Tridents commercial growth across key European and UK markets. This role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding regional presence, and building strong, strategic customer alliances. As a key regional leader, the Sales Head will shape market strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and unlock new opportunities to accelerate Trident’s growth across Europe, demonstrating a deep passion for customer excellence, market expansion, and building longterm alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Leadership- Develop and execute growthoriented sales strategies for the European region. Identify new markets, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and deliver sustained revenue expansion.
Customer & Strategic Relationship Management- Build, nurture, and expand highvalue relationships with leading European customers, retailers, and strategic partners. Serve as the primary relationship leader, ensuring customer excellence and longterm engagement.
Market Strategy & Insights- Analyze European market trends, customer needs, and competitive shifts to guide strategic decisions. Provide insights that strengthen market penetration and regional planning.
Operational & Commercial Excellence- Lead negotiations, finalize commercial agreements, and support pricing actions. Collaborate closely with supply chain, planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and reliable delivery performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience

- Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience in the European and UK market, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of European commercial dynamics and customer expectations.
