Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory
• Serve as the primary Copilot subject matter expert for the customer engagement.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot capabilities, roadmap, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advise customers on AI adoption strategies, governance models, and responsible AI practices.
• Help customers identify high-value Copilot use cases aligned with business objectives.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance for integrating Copilot solutions across:

Microsoft 365

GitHub

Azure AI

Dynamics 365

Power Platform

Microsoft Security

• Copilot Studio and custom Copilot development
• 
  Assist with design reviews, architecture validation, and solution optimization.
• Recommend patterns for enterprise Copilot extensibility using APIs, plugins, connectors, and Graph integrations.

Proactive Engagement & Enablement

• Maintain deep awareness of new Copilot features, updates, and roadmap developments across Microsoft platforms.
• Translate emerging capabilities into practical guidance and implementation strategies for the customer.
• Conduct technical briefings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions with customer teams.
• Provide ongoing advisory support for Copilot adoption and maturity progression.

Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to optimize productivity, automation, and developer workflows using Copilot tools.
• Help establish governance frameworks, security considerations, and compliance models for enterprise AI usage.
• Develop best practice documentation, reference architectures, and operational guidance.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customer technical leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate AI transformation with confidence.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product teams, and Microsoft stakeholders when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including but not limited to:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• GitHub Copilot
• Security Copilot
• Dynamics Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture (Azure and Microsoft 365).
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development, automation, or productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, governance, and compliance considerations for AI systems.
• Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting services in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft PFE / FastTrack / Customer Engineering / Advisory roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure OpenAI
• Microsoft Graph
• Power Platform
• API integrations
• AI solution architecture
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, AI, Security, or Microsoft 365.
