• Location: Coimbatore
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• CTC: Up to 3 LPA

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) Operator with experience in machine setting, tool offset, and G-code programming. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling complex machining jobs and maintaining high precision standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• * Operate and set up HMC machines for machining operations.
• * Perform tool setting, offset adjustment, and program editing.
• * Read and interpret engineering and machining drawings.
• * Use precision instruments to verify critical dimensions and tolerances.
• * Ensure parts meet quality, finish, and productivity requirements.
• * Follow safety, quality, and maintenance protocols.
• Requirements:
• * ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.
• * Minimum 5 years experience in HMC operation with setting and programming.
• * Proficient with Fanuc controls.
• * Good knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining practices.
• * Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues.
