Position: HR Trainee

• Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
• CTC: 2.4 LPA
• Qualification: MBA / MSW
• Immediate Joiner
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Support recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain HR records and employee database
• Help in payroll inputs, attendance tracking
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities
• Assist HR Manager in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

- MSW degree is a must

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in HR
• Good MS Excel and communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow in HR function
