Lead Generation:

We are looking for a Lead Generation to support our sales and marketing team by identifying potential customers through social media and online platforms and initiating basic communication to generate qualified leads.

You will be responsible for researching prospects, sending initial outreach messages using provided scripts, maintaining lead records, and coordinating with the sales team. Full training will be provided; we are mainly looking for candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers using social media and online platforms
• Find leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, and business directories
• Send initial outreach messages and follow up using provided templates
• Collect and update lead details in spreadsheets or CRM tools
• Qualify basic interest level and pass leads to sales team
• Maintain daily and weekly activity reports
• Support marketing and sales campaigns when required
• Learn and follow company sales processes and communication guidelines

Skill Sets / Experience We Require:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and internet research
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn sales and marketing concepts
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Google Sheets / MS Excel
• Positive attitude and ability to take feedback
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work consistently and follow instructions

Prior experience is not mandatory — training will be provided.

Pedigree:

• Students (Final Sem), fresh graduates, or freshers can apply
• Any graduate / pursuing degree
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
