Lead Generation / Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting methods.

• Maintain and update lead information in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to perform cold calling confidently.

• Knowledge of data scraping and online research techniques.

• Understanding of lead generation processes.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month
