• Job Title: VTL Operator (Setting and Programming)
• Location: Coimbatore
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• CTC: Up to 3 LPA

• Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Operator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in machine operation, setting, and CNC programming. The candidate must be capable of independently handling large components and meeting precision and productivity targets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• * Operate and set up CNC VTL machines for turning operations.
• * Perform tool setting, offset correction, and G or M code programming.
• * Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions.
• * Conduct in-process and final inspection using precision instruments.
• * Maintain accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional tolerance.
• * Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Requirements:
• * ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.
• * Minimum 5 years experience in CNC VTL operation with setting and programming.
• * Proficient in using Fanuc controls.
• * Strong knowledge of tool selection & fixture setting speeds, feeds, and machining practices.
• * Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
