As an AI Content Reviewer at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining content integrity on digital platforms by utilizing a combination of human judgment and generative AI. The internet is constantly flooded with unstructured content from various sources, posing risks such as brand compromise and misinformation. Our team is dedicated to addressing these challenges by leveraging AI tools alongside human moderators to classify, tag, and refine content decisions efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing and moderating user- and AI-generated content using GenAI tools to uphold platform policies and ensure a safe, high-quality environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating content workflows across teams, tagging edge cases, annotating training data, and providing structured feedback to enhance the accuracy of AI moderation systems.
