Job Description

    As a Revenue Operations Specialist at TripleDart, you will play a crucial role in supporting RevOps initiatives for a diverse portfolio of VC-backed B2B SaaS companies. Your expertise in HubSpot and other CRM systems will be instrumental in optimizing revenue generation and operational efficiency for both local and international clients.
    **Role Overview:**
    You will be the go-to HubSpot expert, responsible for managing setup, optimization, and troubleshooting across client accounts. Your role will involve working with various CRM systems and tech tools to build and maintain a cohesive marketing and sales tech stack. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients globally, offering tailored RevOps strategies and ensuring successful adoption of the proposed tech stack. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you identify gaps in client operations and tech infrastructure, recommending innovative solutions for improvement.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, managing setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
    - Work with various CRM systems and tech stacks to build and maintain a cohesive marketing and sales tech stack
    - Support the design and implementation of revenue operations models tailored to each clients" needs
    - Collaborate with clients globally, providing tailored RevOps strategies and ensuring successful adoption of tech stack
    - Analyze client operations and tech infrastructure, identifying gaps and recommending innovative solutions
    - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across revenue-generating functions
    **Qualifications Required:**
    - 1-3 years of experience in HubSpot Operations/Revenue Operations
    - Proficiency in managing and integrating CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, and tech stacks

    - Experience in supporting the design of RevOps models and improving operational efficiency
    - Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies
    - Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international clients
    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to recommend solutions
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
