- Tripli Hotels is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our Head Office team in Udaipur.
- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
- Department: Finance & Accounts
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position

- Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel accounting and day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage Tally Prime / accounting software
- Perform PMS reconciliation with Tally/accounts
- Manage OTA reconciliation – MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.
- Conduct bank reconciliation
- Handle daily revenue and collection reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Verify vendor invoices and process payments
- Track hotel revenue, room sales, F&B and departmental expenses
- Support month-end closing and outstanding/expense provisions
- Prepare and analyze financial data using Advanced Excel
- What Were Looking For
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting processes
- Proficiency in Tally Prime
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently
