Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in English, Hindi, and Bangla through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Handle client billing coordination and bill collection, including follow-ups and basic reconciliation
- Deliver Level 1 (L1) support and act as a backup support resource when required
- Coordinate and liaise with internal employees and departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues
- Liaise with vendors to manage service-related, operational, and support requirements
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to support and billing activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow up until closure
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in English(Verbal and Written), Hindi (Verbal), and Bangla (verbal)
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of L1 support processes and customer service operations
- Ability to handle billing-related coordination and client follow-ups
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
