Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Truein, you will play a key role in building high-quality teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent across functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage the hiring pipeline, and ensure a smooth candidate experience end-to-end.
This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who is execution-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with stakeholders to align on role expectations
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Screen profiles and conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate data, trackers, and hiring reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment at a Tech Startup
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates across roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of hiring processes and candidate lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelors / Masters degree in any discipline (Preferably MBA)
