We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on an immediate basis. We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team at Truelancer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, copywriting, and online advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging social media calendars.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand presence.

• Analyze performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Design and execute email campaigns.
• Manage subscriber lists.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and advertisements.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive traffic and achieve marketing goals.
• Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience or knowledge in social media management, SEO, email marketing, copywriting, and ads. Ability to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies and marketing calendars. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Canva for graphic design. Strong communication skills with a keen eye for details. Experience in daily digital marketing activities and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
