- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Language Requirement:Hindi (mandatory), English & Tamil
- Employment Type: Off-roll

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Respond to customer concerns via calls, emails, or other communication channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
