Position Summary:
Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd., looking for passionate Japanese language experts who have certification level N3, N4 and above, to be part of support team.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience is required.
• Min N3 certified.
• Resolve Customer queries, escalations & handle critical situations.

  Get Hired
• Manages email, chats, calls from customers in the Japanese Language.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner.
• Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets.
• Stay updated with the knowledge of the internal ticketing system.
• An engineering degree is a HUGE plus but not mandatory.
