Job Description

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will oversee all digital marketing channels including websites, emails, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with affiliate partners to maximize ROI through affiliate marketing programs. Additionally, you will plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Managing and optimizing Google AdWords and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will conduct keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and perform A/B testing to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness. Developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing all social media platforms will also be crucial in this role.
Budget management will be essential as you allocate budget to different digital channels and monitor expenses to ensure maximum ROI. You will collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. Your creative thinking and innovative approach will bring fresh ideas to digital marketing efforts, continuously seeking out new opportunities and trends.

Utilizing strong analytical ability, you will evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics will be a key part of your role. You must have a Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency background. Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing is required.
Your understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, coupled with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, will be crucial. Experience with budget management, vendor management, and a creative mindset with an innovative approach to digital marketing is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required for this role.,
