Job Description
- You are an experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Amenities Finishing Work, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the high-quality execution of finishing works for amenities in real estate projects. Your role involves managing and supervising finishing works such as clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, landscaped gardens, and other recreational areas.
Your key responsibilities include overseeing and managing all finishing works related to amenities, collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to execute finishing work as per approved designs and specifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular site inspections, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to maintain work progress. Additionally, you will coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure seamless execution of tasks, adhere to safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and project standards, monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective implementation of finishing works. Maintaining records of work progress, material inventory, quality checks, and providing regular updates to the management are also part of your responsibilities.

You should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification and possess at least 6+ years of experience in real estate construction with expertise in finishing works for amenities. Additionally, you should have skills in project management, vendor management, budget management, amenities, quality control, compliance and safety, civil engineering, and site supervision.,
