Job Description
Job Responsiblities
- Prepare and gather all data and information requiredfor effective planning/scheduling, monitoring and controlling the execution of activities of the project.
- Preparing the construction schedule in MS Projects. Preparation of other planning documents (like Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, ManpowerHistogram etc.).
- Preparation of project cash flow and estimatedbudget required.
- Resource planning in Excel & MSP (men & material) and tracking on regularbasis. Calculate efficiency of manpower and utilization factorsof all deployed equipment based on the actual progressand actual manpower.
- Finding criticalpath of project with regularmonitoring and preparingschedule impact reports for the project management.Coordinate with other internal departments regarding the interfacing of construction activities, material & equipment availability
