Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Quality Control Engineer, your main responsibility will be to prepare Quality Induction Training and ensure improved quality of work by communicating with contractors, attending meetings, and conducting regular inspections at the project site. You will also be responsible for testing incoming materials, preparing Work Method Statements, conducting kick-off meetings for new activities, maintaining calibration schedules, sending monthly quality reports to top management, testing concrete compressive strength, monitoring batching plant concrete production, reviewing customer complaints, and preparing compliance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Quality Induction Training
- Communicating with contractors and attending regular meetings to improve quality of work
- Regularly visiting the project site and inspecting all activities
- Testing all incoming materials as per PQP
- Preparing Work Method Statements as per specification
- Conducting kick-off meetings for every new activity
- Maintaining checklists for all activities
- Managing calibration and verification schedule chart
- Sending monthly quality reports to top management
- Testing concrete compressive strength and maintaining reports
- Monitoring batching plant concrete production
- Reviewing customer complaints and conducting inspections
- Preparing and maintaining monthly NCR reports
Qualifications Required:

- Experience in high-rise projects with end-to-end project completion in a Quality Control role
