Head of Financial Reporting Global MNC Manufacturing
Location: Chennai (on-site role)
Compensation: Up to 85-90 LPA (depending on current CTC)
Candidate Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 13-20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in managing financial reporting for multiple listed entities across India and international markets (US, UK, Singapore, Vietnam, Brazil).
- Experience handling larger business turnover and complex group structures.
- Mandatory experience in leading and mentoring finance teams.
- Must have experience in managing core Financial Reporting at Group Level or heading the Financial Reporting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements across global operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with regional finance teams, senior management, and external auditors.
- Contribute to financial due diligence and purchase accounting for mergers and acquisitions.
Required Skillset:
- Deep technical knowledge of international and local accounting standards (IFRS & GAAP).
- Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Skilled in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Mandatory CA certification and people management experience.
