As the Head of Financial Reporting and Consolidation

, you will lead the financial reporting function for our client's multinational manufacturing operations based in Chennai. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reports, both internal and external. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with regional finance teams, senior management, and external auditors to maintain compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the global manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and consolidation, including a deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in financial due diligence and purchase accounting related to M&A transactions.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Chennai.
CTC upto 75 to 80 LPA depends upon the current CTC
