About The Role

TVL Media is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave and other basic HR operations.
• Assist the HR team in employee engagement activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and MIS using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees professionally.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
