TVS Emerald - Head - Sales

About:

- Handle multiple projects and ensure sales targets are met as per the company's annual operating plan.

- Meet customers to listen and understand their preferences and execute. Also assist sales team in addressing customers and their needs
- Plan and deliver sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Head.
- Working on launch projects to achieve the planned target sales
- Stay updated on the industry, competition, regulations and legislations impacting the business and provide timely insights to Management and team
- Exhibit creativity continuously in upgrading the selling skills
- Work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support
- Anticipate risks related to market and proactively take mitigation steps
- Consistently evaluate & adopt alternate channels for sales enhancement.
- Lead the project sales teams and coach the team members to develop and achieve targets.
