Social Media Manager

This freelance opportunity is ideal for a creative professional passionate about fitness and wellness content. The role focuses on managing and elevating the Instagram presence of a ladies-only boutique reformer Pilates studio located at Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a cohesive monthly content calendar, producing engaging Reels, Stories, and grid posts, and ensuring all content aligns with the studio's brand identity. Onsite photo and video shoots are a key part of the role, requiring a hands-on approach and a keen eye for polished, on-brand visuals. The position is part-time and best suited for someone based in Abu Dhabi or able to visit the studio regularly.
Deliverables

• Develop and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar, including grid posts, Reels, and Stories
• Conduct onsite photo and video shoots at the studio to capture high-quality, brand-aligned content
• Edit and produce engaging Reels and Stories tailored to the fitness and wellness audience
• Write compelling captions in English that reflect the studio's tone and values
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent and polished visual identity

• Collaborate with studio staff to highlight classes, instructors, and special events
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing for social media (especially Reels)
• Proficiency with Instagram content creation tools and editing apps
• Excellent written English for captions and communication
