HR Generalist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our HR team, supporting all aspects of employee lifecycle management. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes and employee engagement.

What you will do: You'll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. You'll be involved in policy development and implementation, contributing to a positive work environment.

Key responsibility:

• Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintaining employee records and HRIS data.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations.
  
• Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Planning and executing employee training programs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
