Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform breakdown rectification and preventive maintenance of IMM, line machines, motors, AC drives, DG sets, electrical panels, switchgears, sensors, starters, and cables.
Carry out cabling and wiring for installation of new electrical equipment and machinery.
Maintain preventive inspection and maintenance logbooks regularly and accurately.
Support new project installations and commissioning activities as per plant requirements.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and maintenance protocols.
Should have basic knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & EDUCATION:
Education:
High School with ITI (Electrician Trade)
Experience:
23 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding plant

Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of all types of motors, starters, and control & power wiring.
- Familiar with MCCB, MCB, VCB, OCB, and various changeover switches.
- Sound knowledge of CT/PT transformers, welding machines, and DG set operations & maintenance.
- Understanding of proximity sensors, limit switches, photocell sensors, and temperature controllers (RTD, Thermocouple).
- Experience in new machine installation and project work will be an added advantage.
