Role:
- Drive high-quality leads and conversions through performance marketing
- Scale brand presence and optimize ROI across digital channels
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate high-intent leads for luxury properties
- Identify, target, and retarget relevant audiences
- Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate with creative/content teams for high-converting campaigns
Requirements:
- 1+ year hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid digital channels
- Strong analytical mindset for conversion optimization
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
