What Will You Do

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand talent needs across engineering, product, and data functions
• Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
• Build and nurture a pipeline of highly qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing methods
• Champion a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer and onboarding
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the business on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices

• 47 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in a high-growth startup or product company
• Demonstrated ability to hire for engineering, product, and data roles
• Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring with agility
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
• Strong grasp of compensation structures and offer negotiation in the tech landscape
